New Year's Practice 2025!

We started 2025 with a spirited practice session, reinforcing our commitment to discipline and respect, and continuing the tradition of 1000 punches.

The training was followed by an after-party where we enjoyed each other's company, sharing stories and setting goals for the year ahead. Here's to continued growth and unity in our Shorinji Kempo community.
